DocketRighter is a program designed by PRM for patent and trademark law firms and professionals. It tracks response due dates and maintenance fee due dates for U.S. patents and trademarks, and U.S. patent and trademark applications. DocketRighter maintains key document information including inventor(s), assignee, and application title, which is all searchable by the user.

Status reports for upcoming responses to Patent Office actions by action due date are also generated by DocketRighter, including pending applications and patents and/or trademarks by client. Reports are customizable to any user's specifications. For maximum flexibility and scalability, DocketRighter uses an Oracle database. The DocketRighter User's Guide provides complete instructions for using DocketRighter to manage patent and trademark dockets. On-line assistance is also available. DocketRighter allows a patent and trademark law firm or the independent patent professional to control and manage patent and trademark operations.
