Paul Mussey founded PRM Integrated Systems as an information technology consulting firm with a handful of government contracts for database support. "I am a persistent builder type, not a flashy entrepreneur," says Paul. "We started with some contracts, a few ideas, some aspirations, and a few people. Over the years, the company has expanded into international trade studies, legal data information systems, and environmental databases."

While working on his B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering at George Washington University, Paul began his career as an information technology expert. He began as a patent search clerk for an intellectual property law firm, and established an Oracle database for tracking patent and trademark applications. He then worked as a database specialist at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, converting legacy VAX systems to Unix mini-computers running Oracle in a client/server environment.

He joined PRC as a computer specialist where he was the lead design engineer for several projects. Paul's specific responsibilities included developing hardware and software requirements, system configuration, coding standards, context and data flow diagrams, and logical data models.

On the personal side, Paul is an avid sailor and family man.
